Opportunities
We concentrate on the unconditional purchase of brownfield sites with a view to adding value through our extensive knowledge of the UK planning system. We prefer to purchase sites outright but we also consider Subject To Planning deals as well as Option Agreements. We consider both commercial & residential sites.
Experienced
Our track record shows that we are equally interested & capable of delivering small schemes, as well as larger opportunities.
Self Funded
We are self funded & do not require prior approvals, this gives us the ability to move quickly and close deals in a timely manner, as we don’t require bank lending.
In House Team
We have an experienced and skilled in-house team, who have a comprehensive understanding of the different facets of the development process which helps deliver our sites in a quicker timeframe.
