Hanslink Ltd are currently looking for buildings and land with development potential. We are looking for opportunities in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Hertfordshire and parts of South West London (Richmond, Kingston, Sutton & Merton). We will consider buildings and land on a without planning basis only and offer generous finders fees to both agents and private individuals.

Requirements:

  • Small & large schemes considered.

  • Without planning opportunities preferred.

  • No prior approvals or bank lending required.

  • Introductory fees paid.

  • Flexible contract terms.

We will consider all
potential sites including:

  • Brownfield sites

  • Existing office blocks

  • Shops & upper parts

  • Houses with large gardens

  • Strategic land/paddocks
