This includes a recent purchase of a prime office block located in the heart of Edinburgh. This 7,000 sqft office block acts as the Headquarters for a healthcare related subsidiary. We also hold investments across the residential sector primarily focusing on prestigious and prime residential locations in central Edinburgh.

Hanslink has a large portfolio of commercial properties across the Welsh region which are on a leaseback deal to one of our healthcare related subsidiaries.

This includes a recent purchase of a former hospital in a prime town centre location which has been re-developed into a multi-let supermarket block with tenants such as Tesco Plc & the Royal Mail as well as others.
